Cancellation & Refund Policy

The short version: first-time subscribers get a full refund if they ask within 7 days of their first payment. After that, cancelling stops the next bill but does not refund the current period. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

1.Who this covers

This policy covers payments for GRACE, operated by Ayush Suri, 228 DL Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, India. It applies to monthly subscriptions paid through PayU (India) or Wise / bank transfer (outside India). GRACE is a digital service: there are no physical goods, so there are no returns or exchanges — only cancellations and refunds as described below.

2.7-day refund window for first payments

If this is your first subscription to GRACE and you write to us within 7 days of your first payment, we will cancel your subscription and refund the full amount — no questions about usage, no deductions except payment-gateway charges we cannot recover.

If you pay and we cannot open a seat for you within 7 days of payment, we will refund the full amount automatically, without you having to ask.

3.After the window, and renewals

  • You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for.
  • We do not issue partial or pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a period once the 7-day window has passed — including renewals, which are never inside the window.
  • Failed PayU or bank payments that never clear are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
  • Chargebacks filed while a refund request is open will pause the refund until the dispute closes.

4.How to ask, and how long it takes

  • Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with your payment reference or transaction ID.
  • We acknowledge within 3 business days and approve or explain within 7 business days of receiving everything we need.
  • Approved PayU refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking) within 5–7 business days of approval, as processed by PayU and your bank.
  • Approved international (Wise / bank transfer) refunds are sent back to the sender account within 7–10 business days; actual transfer fees, if any, are deducted and shown on the receipt.
