1.No physical shipping
GRACE is a digital subscription service operated by Ayush Suri, 228 DL Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, India. There are no physical goods, no shipping charges, no delivery partners, and no Cash on Delivery (COD) option. All payments are prepaid only: PayU in India (cards, UPI, netbanking) or Wise / bank transfer outside India.
2.How delivery works, and how long it takes
- India (PayU): access is activated automatically, usually within minutes of a successful payment. If the PayU callback is delayed, access is switched on as soon as the payment is verified — no later than 24 hours.
- International (Wise / bank transfer): access is switched on manually once the transfer clears — within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
- Your monthly period begins when the payment clears, not when you click pay. Receipts are available in your account.
- If access is not active within these timelines, write to support and we will fix it or refund you under the Refund Policy.
3.Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from your account — no notice period, no lock-in, no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for; you keep full access until then.
- For 30 days after cancellation or termination, your workspace remains downloadable. After that it is deleted, except records the law requires us to keep.
- Refunds on cancellation follow the Refund Policy at /legal/refunds.
